The Dead-Level Screed: Preparing for Vinyl & Parquet

Modern LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) are only 3mm thick. If your concrete screed has a pebble protruding by just 1mm, it will show through the floor. If there is a dip, the locking mechanism will snap.

Stop Using Tile Glue to Level

A common bad habit in Malta is trying to level a floor using tile adhesive. This is expensive and impossible to get perfectly flat with a trowel.

The Liquid Solution: ZNR Self-Leveling

This is a high-flow cementitious compound. You mix it, pour it, and it finds its own level like water.
